Aged MCA Data (agedmcadata.com) is a business-to-business data provider. We license business contact and funding-application information to commercial finance companies, brokers and service providers.
We hold business contact records, which may include a business name, a business owner's name, business contact details, business address, stated business revenue, time in business, industry, and information the business owner submitted when applying for commercial funding.
We do not sell Social Security numbers, dates of birth, consumer credit reports, bank account numbers, or payment card data.
Records come from commercial funding applications and enquiries submitted through our own channels, and from business data we obtain from third-party sources under licence. We record the source category and the date each record entered our system.
If you create an account, we store your email, company, phone if given, your orders, and the records delivered to you (so we can exclude them from future orders). Zelle and bank payments are handled by your bank; we see the sender name, amount and memo, nothing else. If you pay by card, payment is processed by Stripe and we receive a confirmation and a reference, never your card number.
We license records to business customers for commercial purposes, principally so they can contact a business about commercial financing. We do not knowingly license data to be used for consumer credit, employment, insurance underwriting, or tenant screening, and doing so is prohibited by our terms.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute; we extend the same process to everyone who asks.
To exercise any of these rights, use our opt-out form or email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
We retain records while they remain commercially useful and remove them when they no longer are, or sooner on request. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to the people who operate the service.
