Aged MCA Data (agedmcadata.com) is operated by JZ Enterprises of Florida Inc, a business-to-business data provider based in Florida. We license business contact and funding-application information to commercial finance companies, brokers and business service providers. This policy covers the information we hold about businesses and their owners, and the information we collect from people who visit the site or buy from us.
We hold business contact records, which may include a business name, a business owner's name, business contact details, business address, stated business revenue, time in business, industry, and information the business owner submitted when applying for commercial funding.
We do not hold or sell Social Security numbers, dates of birth, consumer credit reports, bank account numbers, or payment card data, and our systems are built so that they cannot be imported.
Records come from commercial funding applications and enquiries submitted through our own channels, and from business data we obtain from third-party sources under licence. We record the source category and the date each record entered our system.
We license records to business customers for commercial purposes, principally so they can contact a business about commercial financing. Under privacy laws that use the term, this is a "sale" of business contact information, and you can opt out of it using the form linked below. Every buyer is bound by our Terms of Use and Data Licence, which require them to use the data only for lawful business-to-business outreach, to honour do-not-call and opt-out requests, and to forward any request about our data to us. Buyers are independently responsible for their own use of the data and for their own compliance. We do not knowingly license data to be used for consumer credit, employment, insurance underwriting or tenant screening, and doing so is prohibited by our terms.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to respond to a subpoena, court order, regulator or lawful request, to enforce our terms, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, and to a successor if our business is sold or reorganised.
If you create an account, we store your email, company, phone if given, your orders, the records delivered to you (so we can exclude them from future orders), and the time, IP address, browser and version of the terms you accepted, which we keep as proof of the agreement. Zelle and bank payments are handled by your bank; we see the sender name, amount and memo, nothing else. If you pay by card, payment is processed by Stripe and we receive a confirmation and a reference, never your card number.
Like most websites, our servers and the services in front of them (Cloudflare and Railway) log the IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of each request, which we use for security, to prevent abuse and to keep the site running. We set only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to protect forms; we do not run advertising or tracking cookies.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute; we extend the same process to everyone who asks.
To exercise any of these rights, use our opt-out form or email [email protected]. We will verify your request against the record we hold, respond within the period required by applicable law, and, where we have licensed your record within the previous 12 months, notify the buyers concerned as the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. You may authorise an agent to act for you if they can show your written permission.
We retain business records while they remain commercially useful and remove them when they no longer are, or sooner on request. We keep buyer account and order records, including proof of acceptance of our terms, for as long as we may need them to fulfil, support or defend a transaction. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to the people who operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur.
The site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
We may update this policy by posting a new version here. Material changes affecting buyer accounts will also be sent to the email address on the account.
